Being captured by Nazarick is a very bad thing, they have ways of getting the information out of you and it's not by asking politely. Most of those magic casters that Ains took back to Nazarick died during vigorous interrogation. Giving the red potion starts a fall of dominoes Momon could not predict, just like Ains conversation with Demiurge.

It first becomes clear to us that the Slane Theocracy squad weren't immediately executed, rather they were first tortured for information, but sadly they went a little too far with the torture and many ended up dying or completely losing their sanity. 2. Ainz has access to resurrection magic, but for now he is afraid to try using it on the prisoners, because he fears that their bodies will disappear and regenerate in the Theocracy, like they would in a game. He doesn't want to risk being found out by the theocracy. 3. In the initial dialogue between Ainz and Albedo, where she tells him that she doesn't mind that he changed his programming to "being in love", we can see that Albedo is not as loyal to her creator (Tabula Smaragdina) as the rest of the NPCs, who always put their own designer first and then the rest of the "gods" or "supreme beings" like Ainz and the other members of the Guild. This something unique to her and will have implications later. Ainz feels very guilty about Albedo, because he trusts her precisely because she is obliged to "love" him and that is why she can never betray him. Ainz feels that he has somehow chained her, but since the situation is so dangerous and strange he really has no choice but to take advantage of it. This will often cause Ainz to let Albedo get away and forgives her more than others NPCs. 4. Shalltear is programmed by her creator to pretend to have a large bust, but in reality they are padding and everyone knows it. I think it's already clear to you, but that's what Albedo means when she tells her "what you show may look good, but the reality is..." Actually the creator of the vampire was the most depraved of Ainz's friends and when he designed it he took the opportunity to make a creature that embodied almost all of his fetishes. That's why she's so perverted. But Peroronchino was also a great power player and he designed Shalltaer to be very formidable in combat. 5. Narberal or "Nabe" (disguised) is very powerful by the New World standards, as she is level 63, but Ainz has told her to restrict her powers so as not to draw too much attention and ordered her that she can only use 3th Tier Magic, which is typical of gifted people in that world. 7.That's why all the adventurers are surprised to hear this, since it's very rare for someone so young to reach that level. In case of emergency, Ainz has told her to use 5th Tier Magic and if this is not enough to overcome the danger, then Ainz will take off his armor to fight normally. That's the plan so far. 8. Ygdrassil Money is very valuable because, both in the game and in the new world, it can be used in Nazarick to cast certain spells and buy unique magical items, which normal gold from outside cannot. Also, it has this unique symbol of the game, so if they use it, it would not only be a terrible waste of a magical resource that doesn't exist elsewhere, but it would reveal that they are not from this world to other unknown players who might have come to this New World. That's why Ainz "need a job". In this New World there are many curious things. For example, in the novel it is mentioned that the seas are not salty and it also seems that, for some reason, everyone can speak the same language. But the writings are different. 9. In ancient times, objects like maps were very rare, expensive, and valuable. They could also be a valuable (and dangerous if they fell into enemy hands) war resource. That's why Ainz wants to go up first in the hierarchy of Adventurers so that it won't be weird for him to ask questions and not be seen as a possible spy. Clementine is actually a traitorous defector from the Slane Theocracy. In the anime there is a dialogue that reveals it but, in the novel, it is much more evident. From her behavior, we can deduce that she has mental problems and the way she is talking in Japanese always seems to imply that she is speaking with a sexualized double meaning. Before defect from theocracy she stole a special magic crown that once put on it must not be removed, because the user of it will go crazy at that moment, so she cannot use it herself. But she wants to take advantage of young Nfirea, the "talented" alchemist, to use it for her and thus cause a terrible disaster that will distract the Theocracy's pursuers who are looking for her. 14. The elder Khajiit is a member of a terrorist cultist organization called the Zuranon, which specializes in manipulating the Undead.
So nostalgic to hear Chidori Kaname (Fullmetal Panic!) voice for Brita, the female adventurer who received the red potion. Also an iconic voice, from an iconic anime series (even if last season didn't had any budget T_T).
The reason, why all NPC think, humans are trash, is (again) because of the Yggdrasil game. At some point of the game, inhuman characters were practicly outcasts and free to hunt to everyone. So especially humanic race characters chased them for XP and that disgust to humanic races from their creators has also been implemented in the NPCs of Nazarick
Another little add from the novels. The reason why they targeted lower levels inhuman was the fact that inhumans needed to take "racial level", making them really weak early game, and so easy targets.

E-Rantel it is large because it is located on the border with Slane Theocracy, Dwarves Kingdom and Baharuth Empire also is between two mountain ranges. So thanks to economics and defense capabilities, it has grown so much.
The red potion only comes out if you use the ingredients and process from the game and the blue one is from this world with different ingredients and a different process. Edit: Also the talents here listed are like special abilities that only people from the new world can have, they are completely random and from birth and they can undermine the rules of the game, for example if the potion kid tried to use ainzs guild weapon he could because he can use any magic item due to his talent, even though nobody else except ain't should have the right and ability to do so.
It’s probably not that the dub is really superior, but that so much meaning of the dialogue is expressed in how we’re hearing the characters. When I first watched eps. 1&2 as subs I completely missed the inner voice’s lack of situational awareness when dealing with non-gaming interactions. It’s was even hard to figure out if it was “inner” or “outside” voice until I heard the dubbed version. 🤷♂️ After that though, the series and characters were very approachable. 😁
The funny thing about Albedo is that we see her as twisted person even after knowing she is compelled to lover her superior. But its the great irony that most religions are not very different mostly western ones. You can choose to accept God's love and it will be greater than anything in the universe or you can reject and face the most horrifying existence for all eternity. The choice is "ours" but when face with indisputable proof (Ainz) would any sane person really choose the latter? So makes senses she that wouldn't make any difference to her.
