That's a great idea! Sometimes using all whole wheat flour can make things a bit dense, but you can easily use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white flour to still get a tender, but super healthy bar! -Cindy
I just finished making it super easy fast got it done in record time, and also thank you for the way you sequenced it. I was able to do it all in one sweep. Might need to double the size next time needed more crust for the top other than that super great!
(If you're still having issues two years later) *haha* Let the bars cool a bit longer in the pan before transferring to the cooling rack. Try 20 minutes.
