    Maam if we chek v3 is dominating or not...then what would be the answer? Is it dominating or not...if not then why

      Respected viewer,
      If we consider the vertex V3 alone in the set D, then D will not be a dominating set. The reason is V3 is non adjacent to the vertices V1 and V5 which are elements of V-D. As per the definition this set will not be a dominating set. Hope you have understood my explanation. Any doubts you may feel free to ask. Thank you.
