I just spent 3 days in Venice trying to find and catch trout! Bait was everywhere and still all we caught were catfish! I don’t know how to find these dang things! We caught some monster bull reds though busting on bait. 30 pounders left and right but came home with an empty cooler
Reel Gang TV we were using popping corks with matrix shad’s underneath primarily. We had shrimp too, but that just increased the catfish hookups. We had clean water as well but still no luck.
Nick Massey Those catfish can be such a nuisance. I found these two products paired together to be most efficient when targeting Trout. Vudu shad or shrimp with Procure scent and when the water is very clean I tie on a 15lbs fluorocarbon leader.Now that with a good quality popping cork and strong pops should call em up for chow like a dinner bell 🛎 Give it a shot Tight lines
