Just finished my first plate of popara. I get bags and bags of bread from work. So much that I can’t eat it fast enough. I just made popara with milk, water, pepper, salt, smoked paprika, just a little bit of cheese. I put some Greek yoghurt onto it. Not very much because it’s very sour and bitter. I have found a new favorite. I will try to eat it every day. Life is becoming harder in America. Quality of life is deteriorating. Hopefully this will help me save money.
Hello Bradley Miller , here is another recipe for the bread - it's easy and delicious.Take a wide, low baking dish in the oven , It should collect about ten pieces of bread next to each other. Like on a grill.Place baking paper , fat that you usually use /sunflower oil /You break the bread into pieces ,the quantity should be enough for two rows on top of each other.At your own discretion , according to the volume and width of the baking dish Make a mixture of 2-3 eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of sugar , about a cup of cheese /similar to Greek feta/ ,vanilla as desired .Half a cup of fat and half a cup of yogurt .You confuse everything good , together with the bread.Pour into the baking dish and press with a spoon to level well .Bake for about half an hour it depends on your stove and degrees.If you decide on another option for a different dish , you can improvise with onions, olives as another variation of pizza .But the onion must be cooked beforehand .Improvisation and inspiration are the best for cooking And also to make a delicious dish from the most ordinary ingredients .😊
