It's only a myth that we can't crack any exam without coaching . But the reality is , any exam can be cleared by self study If you are really dedicated toward your aim. Coachings provide only a guidance to you which you can get online very easily .

No ... you actually can't apply until you have done your graduation because in the form you have to fill your 6 semester combined percentage...start preparing from today as you have one more year n you can apply next year with alot of preparation

If you have your own NCERT Book , then mark the important points in the book itself. And if you are making notes then make it sure to revise and try to read lucent or ssc previous year question bank more than 3 times.
