My mother had one of those kirby vacuum cleaners in the 1970s it was all aluminium then i think ive still got it in the loft i rember it cost £600 back then a lot of money but lasted a lifetime.

The washer,Miele, meeluh,was it a good for scrap? Were there the better metals in it or a copper motor? I had my first Miele for more than 26 years.
No I couldn’t get into it so I moved on
The miele machines are fairly average. You need torx bits to open them and there is always a lot of them. the older ones are full of steel the new ones are full of layers of plastic yhats annoying to remove ( but polys hammer trick of quick disassembly works ok just a bit noisy to do on kerb)
That's quite a marvellous site that storage unit.Can please make a video on taking out the motors from the washers and from the other devices?
in order to scrap the copper from the motors, before taking the washers - devices to the scrap yard,if it is worth the time of course, sorry if l repeat that.

Back then they had the good fans in them. The one I had the fan had got all broken up and was replaced 2x. We paid about $1000 for it but it had automatic transmission that neat have in it. It move so much easier with that. transmission transmission transmission in it transmission

The Miele washing machines have a yellow button for door. You have to plug in and then press that button to open the door. Strange design I know

You gritch about the heat. I'll trade ya. It got down to 1°F here, with a chill factor of -17°F (-27°C?) last night. 0°F right now but less wind, only feels like -11°. That's damn cold for Oklahoma. Got about 1" or 2 of snow. Won't be melting anytime soon

I think they be talking 'bout the rubbish dumped along the outer road of that housing addition. All the damn tires everywhere. People usually go out further in the country around here. Dump their crap and unwanted cats and dogs. I live 10 miles out but but occasionally still see junk tossed over a little bridge at the end of my road. I occasionally do payback and take my junk to a dumpster in town. Once I dumped a dozen black snakes in a creek that runs through town. That was rotten nasty of me. They were all non-poisonous. Still, make some cityfolk mess they pantys. Payback is a MoFo.

It most be a lot different there you pass over a lot of stuff that can be scrapped in the USA . Any thing that has any kind of metal on it can be scrapped here. Its hard for me to catch you pass up so much stuff .
