The Travers ridden correctly only asks for the quarters to come a little way of the track, the movement was not exaggerated and her horse did it very well. It's very different from shoulder- in.
omg, she was like, now i will show u in canter ... and the horse just cantered, it just hear the word and had a nice transition, when my one hears canter hes like gahh now this i have to work ... that horse is very well trained and very very gorgeous, me and my one havent got to that stage yet x3 thanks for the advice the circle before should help thanks ^^
waw I love your videos!! so helpful!! took me forever to find videos i understand! thank you. hey can you help me with something? I have a horse that I wanna teach some dressage to maybe for little competitions and stuff but I dont have the money for a trainer and I dont know how to start... do you have any advice? what do I do first?
With these types of warmbloods who like to drop the head BTV (which is an evasion) which this one does in all your videos, you need to be a lot more vigilant about making sure they travel with a more open gullet. This way the Face will be On The Vertical, rather than behind it. Try employing the French Demi Arret. It is a bad habit to allow the horse to overbend at the neck half way down, as this is incorrect and put them on the forehand. Once the horse understands that the neck is carried "up out and open", THEN you can ask for the Ramener...NOT before! other horses require different technique
Fanstastic! I actually learnt something! Will definitely try the circle before attempting traver, should help to keep him on the track too!
