The overnight minimum temperature was 13.1°c recorded at 6.13am. The temperature hovered around 14c/14c for most of the day during frequent downpours and one point turned quite grey and misty. As often as the case here, the sun eventually came out around 6.30pm and the temperature rose to 18.6°c at 6.54pm, rainfall 6.1mm up to 4pm

We just had 18 consecutive months of above average for 1961-1990. Surely we don’t get 2 months in a row of below 1961-1990 average temperatures for uk and Ireland in summer, looks like it 😢
