Bro I had a word with the nissan dealership regarding the same. ...What they told me is that ....you can definitely change or upgrade the camera if you want ....and they even assured that if the camera is not working to its optimal efficiency...you can get it replaced by the dealership free of cost within a year or 20000 kms whichever is earlier as the crosslink unit comes with one year warranty. So what I would suggest is .. first you talk with your dealership or sales executive maybe they will get the work done for you :)

Brother had a word with dealership they said it's std camera which comes with stereo setup, but I can update by paying extra money
