Hi in the community Builder just like other pages Salesforce provides the page for the asset library I.e the detail page of your content document. You can utilize that. Another thing is that whether the user is having access to view the file or not. Check the Settings on user level. Another approach you can do is fetch the content document link and can generate the url in Javascript file. Hope this will help in your requirements

Happy to help. Sometimes we have requirement to not do the file public so for those cases you need to have an alternative. So without using content distribution public url you have to make it work.

@ProgrammingMadeEasy99 after my org is moved hyperforce. I am not able to sort files by last modified date
That is strange, hyperfoce should not impact this. Need more info on this. Also have u tried a case with Salesforce support?
