This sculpture is sick than the previous version! Even though it's stil a bit skinny, not as bulky like in the film.. I have the renewal version and thank God it's still poseable and not cracking..

Really do hope your Black holds up for the long run. Another issue with the soft goods on the shoulders is that keeping them in a pose for too long can mess with their longevity. Outside of that he looks absolutely fantastic. Really struggling with going in on him knowing he probably can't be played with that much and risk any potential QC issues or just holding out with my 2.0...

Honestly the 2.0 version looks like Tetsuo Kurata in the Kamen Rider Black costume instead of the stuntman. Edit: We now need riders from Black RX. Can't wait to see how they're gonna make the neck work.
If shadowmoon gets an upgrade hope they include a sheath for the satan saber and battle hopper really needs a 3.0 version or use the mold of build bike machinebuilder

The problem with the KRB figure has always been his head antennas. Or antennae. They just couldn't get the 'thinness' of the real thing on the figure. Once you see it you just couldn't unsee it. They look way too thick on the figure version. Yes we KNOW it's a tiny action figure and there are 'technical challenges' with making realistic thin antennae, but they should figure out a way as their figures aren't cheap and customers are willing to pay. And this is already their 3rd (?) try so you think they'd have figured it out by now! This is the reason I've not gotten a KRB figure. I have instead Shadow Moon and am totally satisfied with it.
honestly the rubber part cracking is turning me off so bad, i hope bandai take this into consideration for future figures since this looks like an issue that would happen either way when you pose it over time
It looks impressive, but for almost 100 USD, I really can't find myself justifying the price to be worth buying it. Might be better to just find the 2.0 Black which is half the price (though Shadow Moon still expensive as hell).

After implementing the time bomb that is the new elbow and knee joint system that was first used on SHF SS KR OOO on almost all newer SHF SS figures, Bandai decided to reward us with another mess: the shoulder joint cover. Several people mentioned the possibility of it being made of silicone, which, if true, is another Captain Picard facepalm. Why on earth they use silicone? They've used thin, flexible PVC plastics as the go-to material for flexible parts, like SHF KR Zi-O Ohma's sash. It's the time-proven material. Instead they use silicone, a material known to be less resistant to mechanical fatigue, especially compared to PVC plastics. Why fix it if it's not broken? So now we have 3 points of failure. With the soon to be released SHF SS Ultraman Tiga, which very probably will feature flexible abdoment joint cover made of the same material as SHF SS KR Black's shoulder joint cover, we'll get 4 points of failure. Is Bandai purposefully denying reality here? Why do they keep making these anti-consumer moves? Are they implementing planned obsolescence "feature" with these points of failure, like a certain mobile phone brand do? Or do they think because once consumers are emotionally hooked on a character/show/IP, they will buy whatever crap they put out? *slow clap* Great move, Bandai. :P
The pulling waist up mechanism from Kuuga is actually brilliant for figures with huge belts like this, to bad they don't seem to use it for anymore

I can personally comment on the QC as it relates to my revive version Shadow Moon, the paint flakes off with almost zero effort.

Got my Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Black in the mail today, and he looks simply awesome. Can't wait to get Shadow Moon next to him.
