Naruto is among the greatest anime to ever grace our screens (Grace our manga pages if you’re cultured). But he isn’t the only famous character to appear in anime and manga. He is one of many, and stands with peers in a group known as “The Big Three”. This group of anime are among the most famous, and consist of Bleach, as well as One Piece. One Piece is a series about a boy with odd body composition who craves to be the Pirate King. This stands in line with the common trope often seen in Shonen Protagonists. Ash Ketchum wanted to be a Pokemon Master, Naruto Uzumaki wanted to be Hokage, Gon Freecss wanted to be a great Hunter. All of these protagonists want to be the very best at what they’re into. It is a common trope, but even still, it makes sense, because dreams like these are common all across the world. And so that is something I would like to focus on today. What if Luffy was in Naruto?

Actually if Luffy had chakra he would be able to walk because only a certain amount of the body, let's say from the waist down has to be underwater for the curse of the devil fruit to take effect
Yeah Brook stated it only takes real effect once their body is half submerged so I think if it was only his feet it wouldn't weaken him.

Luffy should be really bad with his fruit since he is 5 years younger than when he started his adventure. Also, he is 5 years younger than when he became a pirate. Also also, huge missed opportunity of him making Gear 2 vs Haku since in One Piece he basically said "To beat cold man I become hot man" so that'd apply here. Also also also, Zabuza and Kisame already know each other due to the revolt they both led. Also also also also, Luffy would've been really mad if he saw the state of the Land of Waves. Also also also also also also, if Minato was hokage for an extra 4 years, he would've killed Orochimaru when he tried to leave the village. Also also also also also also also, Luffy is immune to lightning (he's an insulator so Chidori wouldn't work and Sasuke would just hit him with his hand. Also also also also also also also also, Luffy wouldn't kill Sasori since he's always left his enemies alone and the marines took them.

Luffy is such a charismatic personality. He wants to achieve something, he just goes for it. I love naruto but one piece has no competition at all, it's the greatest story ever told

@@Champions_Madrid for you maybe but what i love about one piece is luffy himself, I've never seen any character inspire hope like luffy does. While i love Naruto, i never really liked Naruto as a protagonist, he was very negative at times and overall weak minded. Luffy on other hand is probably the most loveable protagonist in any anime series, he has a simple goal in pursuit of which he's ready to die, he never questions himself. he has accepted what being a pirate means and all the consequences it comes with. When shanks sacrificed his arm to save luffy and smiled, that image was burned into luffys mind, he understood that being a pirate has afforded shanks the freedom to smile even after loosing an arm and so in that moment he realised that in order to gain the most freedom, he has to become king of the pirates. He says this when he meets Rayleigh, when asked if he was strong enough to conquer the the new world to become pirate king, luffy quickly responds that he doesn't want to conquer anything, stating that the pirate king is the one with most freedom.
Though i love Naruto, i believe one piece has a much better story, much better characters with incredible backstories, the most loveable protagonist and the sense of adventure that no other story has been able to achieve.

Sometimes I wish mangaka got together and did crossover/what if episodes, movies, or manga where our favorite characters met each other or did what if’s where we could see how they’d act during during different time periods and events during each other’s stories. Like in xenoverse when you’re fixing events in the bdz storyline but with other main characters from different series. That’d be super dope.
I don't think Luffy would listen to or care about Tazunas story, He doesn't do that, He Helps people when he's asked to help, not because of some sad backstory but just to help his friends when asked to
I love yout videos and how well thought put they are. But i have to point out a major plot whole at 15:50 the fight with sasuke. Luffy is rubber and immune to lightning. And i get its chakra but it transforms onto lightning

DAY 3 OF WHAT IF SUGGESTIONS:
1. What if both Naruto and sasuke got Orochimaru’s curse mark
2. What if only Naruto got curse seal of heaven
3. What if Naruto was Indra’s reincarnation and sasuke was Ashura’s reincarnation
I would see luffy beating sasuke at the recovery mission since base luffy is as fast as lighting (dodges Enel during skypea) so gear second would be way faster letting luffy dodge sasukes chidori every time he uses it sasuke either will pass out from chakra overussage or luffy beats him. Plus sasuke lightning doesn’t affect luffy and he turns it into a sword during or post time skip

Actually, gon doesn't want to be a great hunter, he just wanted to find his dad. After losing nen, if he wanted to be a great hunter, he would have tried to find a way, considering his nen still exists but he can't see it. Instead he went back home to mito instead of continuing the profession of a hunter

Not gonna lie I really thought gear second was gonna be based off body flicker becuase thats how luffy got gear second,he the cp9 agents use shave(like body flicker) and copied them to do gear second but watching the 8 gates and learning from it seems more fittible it has increased heart rate and blood flow like gear second and just fits better than luffy just suddendly appear with it from copying shave
I think madara wouldn't be revieved since fluffy isn't naruto and obito wouldn't be talk no jutsu'd, he wouldn't try to revive everyone and accidentally revive madara. That was my thought of the only thing that could've changed but great video

you can go two ways when you say what if luffy was in Naruto, 1 if he was teleported in naruto world, which i guess what you mean here.
2, and its the one that should be more fair to say, is that he was born in Naruto world, thus giving him chakra as well, but still with his devil fruit power.
because if you teleport characters to different worlds and say no they dont share the same power system, then of course the character would sound and look OP compared to the rest, but if you gave luffy chakra, then he would be weaker, making him affected by genjutsu and die, because in no way you can say luffy takes nature place with no kurama, and no chakra and no drive to be the Hokage, and still make him out to be OP and be the hero.
so i think if you keep doing this idea, you should give the character the same power system that the other characters in that world has, otherwise they would be OP and a freak of nature to them. make it more plausible and fun, no one in Naruto world can even give him the idea to learn what haki is and how to train with it, come on now.
and to add to that, i saw people compare him with choji, i think a good idea to explain luffy's power, if you dont want to give him a devil fruit, is that he can change his body just like choli's clan, but he had a kekkei genkai that makes it more powerful and rubber like, and having kurama in him give him a vast chakra amount to do all these powerful moves he does in one piece, and give him a fire release or something, earth and lightning, and another kekkei genkai that allows him to mix the natures and give him the iron punches he does, i dont even watch one piece but still my ideas makes more sense , no hate though just giving feedback .

firstly lemme establish that kizaru at sabaody and marineford doesnt go an ounce faster than sol all his statements cap him at lightspeed
1) the kuma pad cannon = its plain attack activation time not travel time it is literally in the definition
if an exhausted zoro is supposedly 1.6xftl from the feat than he doesnt get absolutely dunked on by kizaru at sabaody he doesnt get called too slow
2) slow slow beam = in the very pannel that foxy introduces his slow slow beams he explains how they DRASTICALLY drop in physical velocity as they reach their target so they are far from ls
3) enel = pretty self explanatory the speed of lightning/thunder in the guide is way slower than sol
3) kizaru = rayleigh who was able to go toe to toe with a lightspeed person kizaru and was actually struggling didnt even need to try against g4 which is astronomically faster than pre ts luffy
also kizaru called luffy again too slow at marineford as well this wouldn’t have been the case if he was close to kizaru
now the multipliers post ts can also be debunked by the sheer inconsistencies they present in wci and wano

Naruto had 9 tails chakra during the fight in Naruto bridge so it kinda makes sense for him to use his hidden power(Haki instead of Kyubi cloak), so Luffy's Haki vs Haku.
Actually think its the best choice here, gear 2nd seems a bit too early at this point. Conq Haki is something he was born with so unleashing it by accident when he thinks his new friend died isn't to far fetched. Remember Ace unleashed his in a similar manner when he was just 10.
Not trying to pick it apart but the chidory would have no effect on luffy because hes rubber same reason he almost killed a god really early in the series

Luffy in Naruto is interesting, but I think...
2:45 - Bell test
Early series Luffy would not have a breeze in the bell test. Before even meeting Luffy, Kakashi would have already knew he could stretch. So Kakashi would just easily dodge when Luffy stretched himself out to grab the bells. Sasuke and Sakura would've hid themselves and just watch Kakashi give Luffy a taijutsu lesson.
As the spar goes on. Kakashi, being very intelligent, would realize that taijutsu (hand-to-hand combat) has little to no affect in putting Luffy down and thus will switch to using genjutsu or ninjutsu against him.
If Kakashi uses genjutsu, then he'll learn that it has no affect against Luffy (because Luffy has no Chakra)
Only option left is ninjutsu. Kakashi would most likely use [Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill] to keep Luffy buried and out of the fight.
Rest of the bell test would end as the original series. (Sasuke and Sakura fail too. Learn importance of teamwork. Pass the test)
4:18 - Demon Brothers Attack!
The Demon Brothers surprise attack Kakashi first and believe they killed him (spoiler alert: Kakashi used the Body Replacement Technique to fake his death, hide somewhere, and observed who the Demon Brothers true target was).
With the element of surprise gone, it gives time for Sasuke and Luffy to team up and take on the Demon Brothers while Sakura guards Tazuna (which wouldn't have been necessary since Sasuke and Luffy would have taken them out with ease. though it would foil Kakashi's plan to know who the Demon Brothers true target is. but Kakashi can just interrogate the Brothers to get them to spill the beans...)
Rest ends the same as original: Mission is above Genin, but let's keep going!
4:55 - A wild Zabuza appears!
Kakashi fights Zabuza, Kakashi gets imprisoned, and Zabuza summons a water clone. Zabuza's clone moves to close range to give Luffy a kick, but gets destroyed instead (because water clone only has 1/10 power of the user).
While everyone is surprised, Luffy suddenly stretches and wraps himself around Zabuza which prevents him from using his other arm.
Luffy delivers a [Ninpo: Gum Gum no Kane] onto Zabuza's face and knocks him out. Kakashi is freed while Zabuza and Luffy start sinking to the bottom of the lake. Luffy reveals he can't swim and Team Konoha dives in to pull him and Zabuza out of the water (because Luffy is probably still grappling/entangled onto Zabuza).
Haku does his thing to retrieve Zabuza.

I learned that people hate it when you say that a character outside of the Naruto verse does not have chakra, all because that means the genjutsu’s will not work because it’s literally forcing your chakra into another person’s chakra network to alter their senses. But I’m sure nobody will complain if it’s just for a what if bringing the character into the verse, and being challenged by the characters.

Some of these protagonists pretend to be stupid or act stupid/ foolish on purpose but they know exactly what they do. You see that when things get serious how they change instantly.
I think it’s just more of they just get smarter when the story needs them to situation rather then any intentional act to by them to hide there intelligence.

Luffy would have been the infamous outlaw. his core idea is wanting to be free
So, I don't see why Tsunade wouldn't become the fifth hokage. The third would stilly try to elect Jiraja who would likely try to train Konohamaru for the same reason he trained Naruto. He'd maybe even teach him the rasengan although that's not too important. I think due to the similarities between Naruto and Konohamaru, his resolve to become hokage at this young age especially could sway Tsunade to wanting to become Hokage. Also, I think Gaara would still have been moved by his fight against Luffy and would have come to help in the Sasuke retrieval arc. The hidden sand should have come to help either way though as the politics that formed the friendship between them and the hidden leaf would have stayed the same after the konoha crush arc so shikamaru would likely still be alive as well.
Objection: Haku would survive cause its Luffy and Conquerors knocks people out

I think it would've helped to explain how Luffy came back to life and achieved Gear 5 for the new fans. Also for defeating Kaguya, if only sasuke was there to recieve the six paths chakra, then I think he would've been a lot more powerful than he was in canon AND he would've had both seals. It would be interesting to see if Luffy could beat him or if Sasuke would achieve his with of become all the kage and establishing his world order.
