kabayan, kahit anong instrument pa yan basta HART capable halos pareho lang ang principle sa pag gamit nyan. meron din sa manual ng mismong instrument kung paano e navigate ang menu. basta makikta mo lang sa HART communicator ang menu and submenus. kung meron kang specific na Maker sa instrument na gamit nila try natin e download ang manual sa online para matignan natin.

Can you explain back to the panel smart tx (24v dc) , how to connect series and what type resistance using?
brother, that is a loop resistance purposely for HART communication. typically the value is 230 ohms or 250 ohms. that is in series to your power supply. typical a carbon type resistor
one probe from the multimeter is connected to "Test" and the secon? To + or - ?

what is the fitting use
Sir how if my transmittrr measured LRV and URV good at 4.00 mA amd 20mA but at 50%,75%,25% value its not linear.. i mean when ot should be 12mA it shows 11,45 mA... i've did zero trim,d/a trim,and scaled like what u did.. but ist still shows the same thing..

Dp transmitter rosemount 3501
there are several factors that caused of linearity error. Like if there is trapped water inside the transmitter capsule. This water is due to wet impulse lines. So, purge the water first prior to check the calibration. I observed some transmitters especially the low range, the LRV and URV have changed slightly. Check the LRV and URV. Another factor is the reliability of the reference gauge, check zero drift. I suggest use the unit of mbar instead of bar to make your reference more accurate.
