For anybody facing issue in adjusting the pixels of the signature photo, you have to disable the 'maintain aspect ratio' feature by clicking on that icon between the horizontal and vertical boxes. Then you can put both those numbers according to your requirement say 500 x 500. Hope this helps.
Sir I can understand the frustration and anxiety in the end , even I faced the same last year while filling the form , hence I saved both of them in my computer only , last year it took me 3 hours to fit the the right format just for photography and signature

I have made the mistake in Photo format (Point 9 of the notification). I think this year there is no option for multiple filling of the form. Instead, they are allowing us to make changes in the same application from the 6th to the 12th of March (Point 2.2 of the notification).
Sir you have to do the same size that is horizontal and vertical.. For example: if you want to make a size in 550 horizontal then you have to do with the same size on vertical

Sir the main problem is regarding the enhancement to increase the kb you have to enhance the picture and I suggest using the online pixel, and size changers

Sir your photo/sign has to be squarish. But you are just zooming it out. You have to crop your sign to squarish shape first, then try changing pixels
