hi lovely. i don’t have experience with this but my friend lala gave the advice to “mainly regress at night & you can make the excuse that you’re “studying” for free time to regress ect, you can pass off sippy cups ect as a gift for someone else. coloring books are pretty normal tbh and so are stickers, and hide other stuff in clothes, bags ect or just say they r a gift once again! I hope I helped” hope that helps lovely ♡
@@bwallerina um so for a long time I had to act more mature then I am and got 4bused multiple times but after it stopped I kept acting mature but when I’m alone I do things like coloring and playing with dolls and stuff:D I feel a little bit more like a 6 year old sometimes instead of a 12 year old (I’m 12) It makes me feel really safe and happy 😊💗 And I like watching your videos too!:D Do you know if this is age regression or something else 😅?
hi angel. so from what u told me , i don’t know if i could diagnose it as regression or not but either way, doing those activities at any age is okay and completely valid ! as long as it makes u feel safe and happy , it’s up to you whether you want to label it regression or not. it could just be part of your personality and being in touch with your inner child which is how i personally feel abt myself ! both are completely valid. i also want to gently urge u to pls tell a trusted adult or authority figure about the 4buse, you deserve safety and protection. sending love always, please reach out if you need any help ♡
