everytime i play this video to hear it's OST, i always like to imagine that the ponytail girl on the cover art is scratching an invisible turntable LMAO
its interesting that i know this kinda music would have been played at places with lots of people and drinks, yet i STRONGLY prefer to listen to this on my own and just... chill.
Started listening to the other songs from this game's ost and it has that ambient jungle/dnb mix very reminiscent from other games made during the PS1 and GameCube era. Game's so obscure that it doesn't even have a wikipedia page tho 😭(also why was it always namco when it came to music like this? Tekken 4 and Ridge Racer Type 4 also come to mind) Update: the game does have a wikipedia page lol. The game was apparently instead called "Anna Kournikova's Smash Court Tennis" in the US and EU so it was really confusing to find the game, it even had a different cover art and all.
Good boy, youtube algorithm, good boy
Retro Japanese Sports Games are such an excellent vibe.
Why am I not suprised this is a Namco game, the music checks out
When your first reaction is a “oh shit” you got ya hands on a slapper

I close my eyes and imagine a rave where this music was played, and long to have been there.
Damn, glad I stumbled upon this. Seriously a bop
the speak and spell voice is a nice addition. peak namco dance tunes
Good old Days
Thank you, randomness of life
This was an insane experience
Everyone remembers Golden Tee but Namco and Sega were the kings of arcade sports games in the 90s and early 2000s.
My algorithm blessed me. Like to see it and love to hear it.
Something I expect to find on a Tekken or Ridge Racer soundtrack to be honest.
Absolute fucking banger for a training stage
absolute banger wtf
Feels like a pretty random recommendation on the algorithm's part, but this song is really good, so I'm not complaining

I dont know what I watched recently to have this recommended to me, but hey, I'll take it. 10/10 lol.

Does this have copyright?
Old and maybe forgotten copyrights, but yes, it's a Namco property (far too young to be in the public domain)
