We visited this shop mentioned in the video and bought gifts worth Rs7500/- We also bought a vazhai maram set and the bananas were missing in one pair. We did tell the lady and she said new piece will be given. After reaching home we realised that the banana in one of the vazhai pair was missing and called the shop keeper. I told him to deliver it at my office in Eldams road which is 5 mins away and they kept saying they will do it. Today when I called, he shouted and said that I am troubling him for a small thing and he is asking me to return the vazhai maram with lot of arrogance . Is this the way to treat customers ? He spoke so rudely and also we realised their prices are higher than other shops. V bad experience of shopping in the store.
We bought 50 gift items and things for 6000rs, and this lady is very tricky. Instead of 100 rs items, she added 75rs items and collected extra 25rs for 10 gift items. So 250rs loss for us!! Careful when you buy bulk with this vendor.
