For those ladies whose sac is empty and prescribed as blighted ovum. Please wait for at least 4 weeks.. At 6th week i had empty sac with no fetal pole and yolk sac, doctor suggested for dnc but i wait for 3 weeks and allhamdullilah at 9 weeks, ultrasound showed a strong heart beat.

@@manipravee5733 may Allah bless you with healty twin pregnancy.. Wait until 9-10 weeks, then go for tvs ultrasound because the sac is so small that it can't be seen from abdominal ultrasound, if seen then will be showed empty.. Otherwise wait for 9th to 10th week. For sure it will appear
@@manipravee5733 don't go for DNC until confirmed upto 9th or 10th week.. Because these doctors don't have heart, they can't understand our feelings, they just consider it as a thing which will pass on.. Be patient, think positive, stay happy and u will see everything will turn on right
6 weeks 5 days. They measured the gestational sac and yolksac. The tech said she thought she saw a flicker of heartbeat. But, every time she click to get it to play. No heartbeat was there. I go back in a week but I'm so scared.

Dont worry. This is why we discourage early pregnancy checkup , as u see 4 wk pregnancy video in my channel. Sometimes u hv late ovulation, So follow up scan after 10 to 15 days is important. Meanwhile u can do bHCG blood test. That will give better information about pregnancy.

Bleeding increases risk in early pregnancy. U can take medication, and rest , and follow up ultrasound scan after 10 days. Many pregnancies continue normally.

No. It has gentle insertion, hv sterilized cover or condom , no chance of complications. Only precaution is in later pregnancy if cervix is open and mother has pains , and baby is going to deliver or abort.

AV uterus is antiverted uterus this is normal position of uterus. Endometrium is a uterine cavity in which GSac implants and gross , it is also thickened normally in pregnancy 6 mm G sac is a small , you need to follow up after 10 to 15 days for growth and viability

If the report is correct, ectopic pregnancy is a serious problem , and can be resolved with medicine in early stage. Later it needs surgery. But ultrasound report should be accurate and correct, in most of scan at 5 wks , there is only doubt or possibility for ectopic , and not sure. So first confirm ectopic , then start treatment.

As long as baby is alive , u don't need to abort , wait , for 12 wks scan for any abnormality or if there is no growth it will abort or bleed spontaneously.

Early pregnancy spotting hv some increased risk for miscarriage, but it don’t mean miscarriage. U hv to wait. Many pregnancies continue. TVS ultrasound gives a better view for small fetal pole , which u need after 10 days for final diagnosis.

repeat scan after 10 days. fetal pole is visualize at 5.4 wks , in some locations of world , where ultrasound centers are not so advanced, it may take longer to visualize

These are small , but follow up is necessary, sometimes there is growth , which saves life. Repeated miscarriages can be duo to problems in genes , But there are some acquired causes , which u can control before pregnancy, like any chemical or artificial made diet , sugar in any form , and regular brisk walk , and healthy wt. some Drs also give folic acid before pregnancy, but if yr Dr suggest.

1.5cm G sac is +5wks G age , Only 1 follow up is necessary after 10 days for growth and viability. There are lot of variations in LMP and growth in early pregnancy.

@bridgetsowmiyadurai3267 didelphys uterus can get pregnancy , there may be not major complications with this. There is video of preg with didelphys uterus in my channel. U can wait , Wait for 15 days gives no harm to u. This will also make u mentally relax.
There will be some other detail in scan , u hv not mentioned. Repeat scan after 6 days. If pregnancy is alive , there must be heart activity in repeat scan.

Minimal perisac fluid is not to worry. Mostly resolve spontaneously. U can see my many videos with gross bleed , and normally continuation of pregnancy

Just wait , don't panic , repeat a good last scan after 10 days , in which there must be alive fetal pole. These were unnecessary early tests which only increases stress

Weak is nothing. Either alive or not. Many times in multiple pregnancies, 1 or 2 sacs not grow and eventually resolve spontaneously, and healthy sac grows normally without any harm. However if there is severe bleeding then problem can occur

My last cycle is March 7, I sb 8wks. But last 2wks US only shows G sac measures 4w1/2. I have a lot bleeding some clot went ER, HCG LVL from 2wks ago was @11000, ER checked yesterday becuz the bleed it was 12000, no yolk. So she said I’m in process óf miscarriage. :(. But today I show no clot very small spotting. What should I do? Just wait for the big sac comes out :(. Or wait two more weeks for another check ? :(
This is small. There must be alive f pole. All the signs are in favor of miscarriage. No need to wait. U should hv TVS ultrasound, if still there is no f pole and no heart rate, then u should go for miscarriage.

Hope for the best. This is 7.6mm G sac , approx 4.5 wks. With irregular periods, there may be sone variations in growth , but all will be decided in repeat scan after 15 days.

6 weeks 5 days. They measured the gestational sac and yolksac. The tech said she thought she saw a flicker of heartbeat. But, every time she click to get it to play. No heartbeat was there. I go back in a week but I'm so scared.
Very Early heart beat is best visualized by eye , and many times it is not detected on M mode and in colour doppler ,

No. It has gentle insertion, hv sterilized cover or condom , no chance of complications.
Only precaution is in later pregnancy if cervix is open and mother has pains , and baby is going to deliver or abort.

If the report is correct, ectopic pregnancy is a serious problem , and can be resolved with medicine in early stage. Later it needs surgery.
But ultrasound report should be accurate and correct, in most of scan at 5 wks , there is only doubt or possibility for ectopic , and not sure.
So first confirm ectopic , then start treatment.

Hi.. I'm currently in 7.4 weeks of pregnancy as per my last periods. I had a scan today... Doctor said 2 gestation sac are seen but no fetal pole or yolk sac sec seen in both the sac. These are small , but follow up is necessary, sometimes there is growth , which saves life.
Repeated miscarriages can be duo to problems in genes ,
But there are some acquired causes , which u can control before pregnancy, like any chemical or artificial made diet , sugar in any form , and regular brisk walk , and healthy wt.
some Drs also give folic acid before pregnancy, but if yr Dr suggest.

10 weeks pregnant based on my LMP but it was measured 5weeks and 3 days in ultrasound results. Gestational sac was empty as well and advice to repeat blood works and ultrasound after two weeks. 🙏🏼

Hello i am 8th week pregnant. From 5th week i got brownish discharge which last from 5th to 7th week. From last week there is white discharge. Yesterday in ultrasound there are 2 gastational sacs are seen but no fetal pole and no yolk sac is seen. Doc suggest me for 2 weeks follow up. I am too much confused is everything will be ok

This is weak and decreased growth.

Minimal perisac fluid is not to worry. Mostly resolve spontaneously.

Hi doctor. Today i got my ultrasound done . The doctor said baby is growing well in the sac its 7w6d today . But there was 2 more sacs but the doctor said i am not sure if it is multiple pregnancy or what because no fetus was shown in those sacs and the sacs were smaller in size than the growing one. Can you please suggest what it could be ? I am really worried and they told to wait for 3 more weeks
Possibly it will resolve , in later pregnancy without any complication , and normal pregnancy will continue.

My lmp is 21/11/24, I tested(29/12/24) twice in Urine Pregnancy kit it shown positive then i tested Beta HCG it was increasing day by day Bt previously Taken HcG level is 1989(06/01/25) unit at 4th week.
Then(11/01/25) yesterday i had bleeding without cramps so that today i went fr scan it shows like -----Gestational sac is regular, measures 7.2 mm in diameter with yolk sac within.
No fetal pole seen. Gestational sac is too small for gestational age according to
LMP.
And also my hcg level decreased as 1652...
May i know the possibility of success pregnancy???
This is at higher risk , but you may do one more follow up scan for growth and viability after 10 days , for final diagnosis
I saw gestational sac of 2mm in tvs, report it says early intrauterine gestation of age 5 week plus or minus 1 week age seen, so is this normal doctor also after how many days should i go for viability scan...pls reply
U hv written wrong size. This will be 10+mm. In next scan fetal cardiac activity will be visualized
It's MSD = 2.0 mm (Diameter - 0.2cm), yolk sac and fetal pole not yet visualized, int. OS is closed..this is only mentioned in the report
And in sug - clinical biochemical correlation and scan after 10 days for viability is mentioned
I had gone for ultrasound 3 weeks after ovulation..
This is very small. Upto 3 wks. No need for such an early scan.
F pole is visualized from 5.3 wks G age.

Just wait , don't panic , repeat a good last scan after 10 days , in which there must be alive fetal pole.
These were unnecessary early tests which only increases stress

Weak is nothing. Either alive or not.
Many times in multiple pregnancies, 1 or 2 sacs not grow and eventually resolve spontaneously, and healthy sac grows normally without any harm.
However if there is severe bleeding then problem can occur

@kashifultrasound no there was just fetal pole and doctor said for repeat ultrasound in 8th week but on 8th week she said that sac is like 6 weeks and no fetus and heartbeat however sac js intact and i also don't have any spotting etc but she said to come in 10th week is it possible to have heartbeat in these weeks
My last cycle is March 7, I sb 8wks. But last 2wks US only shows G sac measures 4w1/2. I have a lot bleeding some clot went ER, HCG LVL from 2wks ago was @11000, ER checked yesterday becuz the bleed it was 12000, no yolk. So she said I’m in process óf miscarriage. :(. But today I show no clot very small spotting. What should I do? Just wait for the big sac comes out :(. Or wait two more weeks for another check ? :(
This is small. There must be alive f pole. All the signs are in favor of miscarriage. No need to wait. U should hv TVS ultrasound, if still there is no f pole and no heart rate, then u should go for miscarriage.

Hello:) I had an early scan (irregular periods had no clue how far along I was) first one 2 weeksv ago measuring 3mm and now again 7.6mm gestational sac measuring approx 5 weeks according to the report… no YS or FP yet, rescan in 2 weeks. I understand it’s early but is this normal size and growth rate for gestational age?
Hope for the best. This is 7.6mm G sac , approx 4.5 wks.
With irregular periods, there may be sone variations in growth , but all will be decided in repeat scan after 15 days.

I had a scan at 9th week showing one empty sac with no heartbeat and feral pole. Another sac with baby. The scan showed empty sac is also growing and shows 8 weeks. Is there a chance it get vanished?
