Hey Ash, I actually work at a Dillards fragrance counter and I’ve sold few bottles of the green. I agree with you that it’s just an okay fragrance, however the biggest selling point I’ve found for it is the rosemary note that comes after the kiwi. I feel like they probably could’ve marketed that aspect of it better, because I was fully expecting it to be a summer scent but all it makes me think of is cooler weather.
Question... is coach new york the same as coach for men ? And which is your favorite men's coach scent ?

I tried this and actually quite enjoyed it. The opening to me smells more of apple than kiwi, a bit like Y EDP (although less vibrant). I actually liked the light green soapiness, somewhat reminded me of Prada Luna Rossa Carbon. Not worth the retail, but I'll probably pick it up when it hits that 35-40$ price range since I'm only starting my collection (4 bottles in right now) and looking for some affordable warm weather scents.

I love coach blue. I think it's underrated.
I agree. Even with other blue fragrances, it's still one of my favourites.

The dry down is INSANE
The original is dope! Easily overlooked but always seem to get compliments when I wear it. I should wear it more tbh. When you said CFMG reminded you of hairspray or something, I wasn’t surprised you mentioned PDM Greenly as people say it smells like shampoo
I kinda liked the old background better
In the dry down it comes off similar to Montblanc Legend on my skin. Got my bottle for an affordable price on fragrancenet about a month and a half ago.
Great video and review Ash! I have every other bottle in this line, so eventually I’ll pick this up. The other 3 I got from my MIL when she worked at Coach, but she retired so now I am on my own with the Coach fragrances. I’d like to pick up Open Road too. Peace, Ash. 🤘

Yeah got mine in last week. Ok fragrance. Nothing special but definitely easy to wear. I was expecting more of a tropical smell with the kiwi myself.

@@fiveduece52 Oajan is Ambre Narguile, Galloway is Lalique White, Pegasus is Hypnotic Poison… I’m well aware of PDM and I wasn’t trying to rep for them at all, just saying that Greenley doesn’t smell green at all. But, for the record, I don’t like Coach Green either.

I like the new Backdrop but your face needs more lighting, you get lost with all the scenery
While I agree, I think part of the problem is that WE aren't used to the new backdrop and our eyes are wandering. This is filmed with a wider aperture so instead of the background being a bunch of blurred bottles, it's actually in focus. Which also promotes eye wandering.
In short, I think we, the viewers, should give ourselves a bit of time to adjust before telling Ash to go buy more equipment after this upgrade.
I disagree the contrast of light and dark looks great. You’re just used to people blasting themselves with ring lights

@Jay-bw3fl Yeah, I definitely have no problem with the lighting. I was just agreeing with what he said about Ash getting lost in the scenery. That's just temporary though, for reasons I've already gotten into ☝️

I just got a sample from that fragrancebuy sale you talked about and have liked it every use. The Kiwi/rosemary feels pretty unique to me. Definitely picking it up from discounters.

Ashton! Love the set up! Look into getting a C-Stand with an arm that comes out over your desk for a top down view on the fragrance/desk so you can add in EASY footage of the bottle! If you put a camera up there full time you can have an easy set up!

Kinda disappointed that the only reviews on it so far seem to be leaning negative towards this release. Ive had it for the better part of 2mo now and i really enjoy it, id personally rank it 2nd after coach for men. Its a clean soapy fresh scent with touches of sweet kiwi and the rosemary that makes it pop. You ended the video perfectly though i got it for next to nothing when it wasnt even available in the US yet so paying full price would definitely feel like a bit of a disappointment but it really is a great scent especially from discounters. The big bottle is something like $50 at fragrancebuy right now.

I wasn't impressed with this one. I didn't really get much of a "green" feel out of it. I don't really see any comparison between this and Greenly.
It really reminds me of green irish spring soap which i love so it a winner for me

I'm not a big fan of the kiwi note. If they hadn't used the lime note & absinthe for Coach Blue, it would've fit like a glove in Coach Green.
Whoa! New setup! I like it... The new setup is way better than this fragrance, which is poor after the first minute. Nice opening, quickly starts turning into a deodorant smell.
I really miss the 360 slow moving shots of the fragrences

I was gifted a lab sample of Coach Green and Explorer Platinum from a friend of mine who is an Interparfums vendor. Both were disappointing. Explorer Platinum seems to be a mix up of Sauvage, Legend, and the original Explorer. Coach Green, just meh.

Its a mix of Coach with Prada Carbon and Polo Green. More Prada Carbon/Polo in the dry down. Not bad but I dont Like Prada Carbon so there is that...
I know I'm the minority but I actually prefer the old setup. It had a vibe of catching up with a friend who's super into fragrances and wants to share his passion with everyone. This new one in comparison lacks personality. it looks too much like Linus Tech Tips. Pretty lights are nice but where are the fragrances? I commend him for investing into his channel and trying to elevate things, I just he went with something in between and that the set had a distinct character.
Can you please do the best colognes that smell like petrichor/pre-rain? To be more specific, I'm looking for a scent that correctly reflects the smell of concrete before it rains. A ton of people don't know what pre-rain smells like but I know that you know because you're from Tennessee; and if you don't, your southerner license is revoked and burned... forever.

I don’t like it. Yuck, disgusting smell. I recently bought the Acqua Di Gio Parum and they threw in a bunch of samples for me and this was in my bag. I sprayed myself with it before work and had to deal with that disgusting smell all day. And it last long too unfortunately
Hard to tell it's green colored because of the lighting during the presentation. Got a tester cheap when it first came out. Yeh, it's ok.
I get Major PDM Oajan vibes when coach green hits the dry down. No where close to Greeley other than the name and 1 shade of the gradient green in the coach bottle🤷🏼♂️

The OG Coach for Men is great versital daily wear for only around $50. Plus the bottle looks cool next to the others.
