As of 1:14 pm Michigan, website is still down. Maybe put the pineapple on top, guajillo marinated pork in center and onions in bottom for some kickass tacos al pastor.
The issue isn't really the size of the grill, it's more about what each skewer can handle. They are rated for 3.5 pounds each skewer, but you can push it and get 8-9 pounds per skewer if it's not for a long time. My suggestion for doing a turkey would be to either get a couple small ones or getting a large one but breaking it down into smaller pieces. Legs/thighs, breast, wings
This unit looks awesome, when I go to the Brazilian restaurant and have BBQ, the meats have a charbroiled flavor, do you get that same flavor with this unit? I may need to buy one of these 🙏🏽

They do have a charbroiled flavor (at least the ones that operate on propane, not sure about the gas grills)
