My main gripe is that it is 300 pity instead of 150 so there isn't a "cheap" way to get it. I suppose if you rank high enough in the Raging Bull Trials you can get a decent number of shards from that, but otherwise it requires topping up 9.99USD everyday for 6 or 7 days to get. If you are planning on going this route, getting a monthly pass each of the days would be the best route since you were already going to be purchasing that pass anyway.
Yep that is completely the best way to actually getting it by top up and get it as free reward to get a guaranteed one of primon. And for staring it up can easily be done by adding it in the wish summon as well
