@@savindibalachandra3287 you have to wash and soak overnight 1 spoon fenugreek seeds and 3 spoon rice. Next day strain the water and preserve it. Then grind the strained water and one big leaf of aloe vera well. Add it to 4 tablespoon curd and 4 tablespoon olive oil. Mix it well. Before applying the mask spray the water that had been preserved. You can add apple cider vinegar only if you have dandruff. Hope this helps :)

Assalam o Alaikum I have tried this mask and it actually works. Since i have tried it only for once so I don't know either it works for growing longer hair or not but it made my hair softer and i got rid of dandruff also. I don't have extreme dandruff so i got rid of it but if someone has extreme issue then it will not be gone in first use. My hair are extremely frizzy and it's first use made my hair much softer so i think it's consistent use will definitely work

Gist- 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 3 tbsp rice - soak overnight in water. Strain excess water next morning and keep it aside. Blend pre-soaked Fenugreek seeds and water alongwith 4 tbsp plain yoghurt. Add 4 tbsp olive oil in above blended concoction. Apply mask for 3 hours and wash it off.

I have always had a little dry but strong black hair... but last year i went through some stress and i lost lots of hair in following 6 months and then the remaining hair started gettin more dry and damaged day by day.. i still can't believe something like this could damage my hair so bad .. i tried many natural ways and then one day i came through this hair pack video .. i have applied this pack 3 times in last 15 days .. it really softens hair to an extent, it may have greater results for some..obviously depending on your hair type .. my hair are dry and it works well for me .. it has not helped in controlling hairfall ( for now )but yes it has helped me with dryness... Also, when we grind rice and methi to make a paste, these small particles tend to remain in hair even after hairwash.. but what i do is...after hairwash, when my hair gets dry i just massage my scalp a little just with my fingers... and it is all almost clear from my hair. 1 tablespoon fenugreek seed 3 tablespoon rice 1 glass water soak it over night. next day blend it without water, with 4 tablespoon aero vera gel. add this mixture in 4 table spoon dahi, 4 tablespoon any oil and apply for 2 hours. keep the water in a spray and apply at night time.

@@savindibalachandra3287 you have to wash and soak overnight 1 spoon fenugreek seeds and 3 spoon rice. Next day strain the water and preserve it. Then grind the strained water and one big leaf of aloe vera well. Add it to 4 tablespoon curd and 4 tablespoon olive oil. Mix it well. Before applying the mask spray the water that had been preserved. You can add apple cider vinegar only if you have dandruff. Hope this helps :)

I have tried this mask and it actually works. Since i have tried it only for once so I don't know either it works for growing longer hair or not but it made my hair softer and i got rid of dandruff also. I don't have extreme dandruff so i got rid of it but if someone has extreme issue then it will not be gone in first use. My hair are extremely frizzy and it's first use made my hair much softer so i think it's consistent use will definitely work

Gist-
1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
3 tbsp rice - soak overnight in water.
Strain excess water next morning and keep it aside.
Blend pre-soaked Fenugreek seeds and water alongwith 4 tbsp plain yoghurt.
Add 4 tbsp olive oil in above blended concoction.
Apply mask for 3 hours and wash it off.

I have always had a little dry but strong black hair... but last year i went through some stress and i lost lots of hair in following 6 months and then the remaining hair started gettin more dry and damaged day by day.. i still can't believe something like this could damage my hair so bad .. i tried many natural ways and then one day i came through this hair pack video .. i have applied this pack 3 times in last 15 days .. it really softens hair to an extent, it may have greater results for some..obviously depending on your hair type .. my hair are dry and it works well for me .. it has not helped in controlling hairfall ( for now )but yes it has helped me with dryness...
Also, when we grind rice and methi to make a paste, these small particles tend to remain in hair even after hairwash.. but what i do is...after hairwash, when my hair gets dry i just massage my scalp a little just with my fingers... and it is all almost clear from my hair.

You might have PCOS or hormonal issues. Get it checked by a doctor. Sometimes, stress can cause it too.
