Shao Xun Leong yeah, it would make kraken so much less of a risk. if you and the opposing team have roughly equal damage output and your support built tanky, there's no downside to starting kraken up. Just keep attacking with vision, and you'd force the other team to have to fight you. Makes the kraken less of a gamble, and less fun.
It feels weird watching these in 2023 I'm still commenting on the stuff happening as if the game isn't dead.
