I just love how Teddy is just casually gathering all the utensils into the pan and admiring them as his personal collection. Then just as casually scratches himself with a fork.
Newt is most definitely Hufflepuff,but he does have qualities of all four houses. He is brave and courageous like Gryffindors, despite what other might think of him,he is incredibly intelligent which is virtue of Ravenclaw,he believes he can change the world for better thus for he is ambitious like Slytherin which is not always a bad thing,if you have personality like Newt and at the end,he is incredibly loyal and amazing friend like Hufflepuff which is maybe the most important thing out of all four.

The thing is pretty much all wizards have qualities of the four houses. The traits they value the most just decide the house they get placed in
It's like horoscopes. You'll find something from each one that resonates with you. Doesn't mean you're every star sign.

Hufflepuff is literally all the houses in one. JK Rowling said the only thing that separates the house from Gryffindor is pride. Hufflepuffs don't do the right thing for the glory, they do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. 👌🏽💕

There's reportedly supposed to be two more films in the franchise. I hope that they will revive this series, not deflate it. Eddie Redmayne, Dan Fogler and Jude Law continue to give the best performances.

Yes, should be two more coming. That was the original plan from J.K. Rowling. Maybe after this series we'll get something detailing the time after Harry Potter instead of before. I love Fantastic Beasts, I just want to see something more modern.

I have so many thoughts on what they can do, but I suppose we will see when/if they can do other stories. I feel that there is too much potential in the Wizarding World for many new Wizards/Witches. 🙂

You can tell Professor Hicks was going to be a clever witch just from her introduction alone. I loved the scenes with her in it because she displayed both creativity and inguenuity with her magic.
At this point Jacob has already seen so much that drinking is the only way to make things seem normal.

Hope they go back to the Fantastic Beasts, I thought this would be like Darwin's voyage around the world finding new beasts unknown to the rest of the world, that's what made me go see the first movie.
I watched this several times and my favorite still this scene at 2:34 when pickett say "ta-da!" 😍😍 and i never noticed before but at 3:09 she look so done with niffler 😂😂😂 also at 4:03 teddy start to take out the spoons and forks and create his own nest, and later scratch himself 😂😂😂

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I hope that if Tina didn't come back in this one, then maybe the next. Her character was just awesome, especially from the first movie. That tearful ending.

He didn’t just confuse grindlewald he confused the entire audience. I had no idea what was going on that whole movie. There was a lot of pacing issues and the plot became entirely lost on me.

I love how cleverly the title is created considering they cast Mads Mikelson as Grindelwald ,I would be not suprised if Newt was confused.
Story should now revolve around Dumbledore. In next film you can give us the life of Dumbledore till the point of Fantastic beasts and where to find them.
The last and fifth movie should be about the fall and remorse of Grindelwald
I don't know if Grindelward ever felt remorse for his actions. He has the conviction of a madman who believes he is totally in the right and that anyone who stand against him just don't understand yet.

@@TheCursedCat1927 It's not even that the series leads "to the state years before" Voldemort's first appearance. Secrets of Dumbledore literally takes place less than 5 years before Tom Riddle enters school as a first year, and then starts building his death eater crew as a second year. They *are* showing the years leading up to the true dark lord coming around.
I hope the franchise is revived to completion of five films as all the actors perform well in their respective roles. Maybe Johnny Depp should return as Grindlewald
Everybody talks about Newt or Jacob, but i love niffler so much he's so cute, definitely the best fantastic beast in my opinion.
hope there will be another movie like every fan, but if they want it to be a success I think it would be to do the following: Move the action to 1945. Try to bring Johnny Depp back, if he accepts, cool, if not, then try and show the battle of Dumbledore and Grindelwald. Already with a fourth film it is enough to close everything. It would be unfortunate if this story is left in the middle.
I think Mads was a major step up from Depp in this role.

They are definetly written much differently.
Depp was kind of a "Lunatic Evil Wizard with a Plan."
While Mads' is more like a "Calm and precise Wizard, with a Goal."
I personally very liked Mads performance, but everyone has their own preferences.
If they do make the last two movies I’ll see it, this series is really good!
They tricked Grindewald by having no plot.
It's odd how so many people seem to actually like this movie and think it's good. It's just nonsense. It's so stupid, i can't wrap my head around how everyone doesn't see how stupid this is. People also gush about their favorite millionaires doing a good job playing pretend.... Wtf. I don't even think the acting is good in these. It feels so lifeless.

Fantastic beasts is required reading for all 5th years but then couple of decades on it's been relegated to a first year text does Harry Potter have to pick it up in The Philosopher's Stone however that is somewhat rescinded by the fact that Magical Creatures can't be picked as an active elective till much later in the academic cycle in later books
As the years pass students are taught more and more advanced topics at school earlier than before.
There were some good and charming characters in these spin offs. Unfortunately the bad writing will forever hold these films down.
I believe Hufflepuff is one of the great but least popular houses of Harry Potter. When I took an online test for which houses I belong to it told me that I am 42% Hufflepuff and 30% Gryffindor and the remaining 14 % of other houses. To be honest I am happy with it. Newt Scamanders is my favourite and I wish that we could have seen even more from the Hufflepuff house.
Sadly Newt is almost the only strong wizard in Hufflepuff the last few centuries, while gryffindor and slytherin had voldemort, dumbledore, hermione,Ron, Harry, Neville and others
This explains all of JRs recent writing. If you can't write a decent story with a cohesive storyline then write your villain so that your non-sensical writing is required.
The first movie did so much right in my opinion, but the last two were just unfortunately really not good, which is such a shame. Eddie Redmayne just belongs in the wizarding world, and Jude Law chewed every scene he was in. Nifflers are already a favorite creature in the universe and the potential was so obvious. They really should've made a separate Dumbledor series, and had him out of Fantastic Beasts as a whole. It's like the movies lost their identity and became a mismash of plot between Eddie and Jude.
I wanna see a new movie without all this Grindelwald business. The first movie was great because it focused so much on Newt and his journey. It kept the Grindelwald stuff in the background. But then the movies started getting worse because they put all that stuff before Newt, the second movie being the worst and very confusing. The third was a little better, but still. I just wanna see Newt go on a fun magical adventure with his friends and find new beasts or something.
I love newt scamander. If only they focus on him and not on grindelwald and dumbledore love quarrel. 😢 I lost interest the moment they focus on war and not on fantastic beasts.

This movie was slightly better than the last piece of hot garbage. Still no where near the 1st one or any of the HP 8. They need to quit and re- focus on Ilvermorney in the modern day.
At least let them finish the story on how Grindelwald fell. For one, there's still a nice battle coming up.

The amount of disappointment when we learned Jacob was not a squib or even a muggleborn
If Jacob had been a wizard, what house would he have been in?
Gryffindor. The way he face Grindelwald one on one with his fake wand to rescue Queenie. What a badass.
Hufflepuff. He's kind, generous, doesn't boast or argue, is loyal to those he loves and always manages to see the bright side.
He isn't just a Hufflepuff, he's the Hufflepuff other Puffs want to be.
What I don't understand is how at the party, the wizards thought that Jacob was really the one trying to murder Grindelwald seeing as they knew he was a muggle and therefore couldn't perform magic...
They all didn’t know yet. Everyone except Grindelwald and his followers, and the protagonists.
