Hi Ricky, you are doing great as a daddy with twin girl. Geez might be very hard but u did amazing job for your little baby. Your girls age nearly as my son. Can I give u a little tips. They have a wake window roughly 4-4.5 hrs after they wake up. They will still have 2 naps per day. I have routine for my 2 kids so they know what’s gonna happen next Hope this helps to make them sleep through the night for you. Sleepless nights will continue because they are being moved back and forth between houses and two completely different routines. It must be so hard for them!
The girls may enjoy more finger foods ...what you're eating or fruits, veg, bread, toast ...anything to jeep hands busy and feel fuller. May sleep longer ??
