Hello from your neighbor in Pittsburgh! Your knife designs are just incredible but this AD20 with the Shark Lock is the apex predator of the knife world 😊 So simple in function and form yet so freaking strong! I own a red/3V MG, a black/D2 slim and two AD 20.5’s, one PE clip point and a fully serrated Sharks Foot. They are my favorite EDC folders and this video is such an excellent tutorial. Thank you😍👍🏻

The genius of Andrew Demko's lock designs are in their (apparent) engineering simplicity - so few moving parts - but so much going on there to make it work well, unlock easily and be self adjusting. I didn't think the triad could be surpassed but this hybrid ram safe lock looks the business. I just received the Voyager Tanto large. Just an awesome blade. May God bless Demko knives.
You guys are geniuses. Straight up. I can't look at it any other way. I wish I could afford one of your customs. I of course have the cold steel versions of the 10, and, 15, oh, and, the 4 max. But I am for sure going to save up in order to get something straight from the Demko brothers. It might take a while, but it'll be worth it. I'll get a 20.5, but I want one of the beasts you guys come up with in your shop. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with in the future!
John, If you haven't noticed, the short run of Titanium AD20s you made a year or so ago are now selling on Ebay for $1,000 - $2,000 each and they don't hang around for very long. Maybe talk with Andrew about a re-issue?
I love how modular these are. It will be great if you offer sculpted and carbon fiber scales later as stand alone items. Also wharny/spear blade shapes and teflon washers. Deep carry clip... I think there is a real opportunity to market this as a knife system which is what a lot of users do with other knife companies and after market parts. Keep it all in house. Looks great!
Yes, just a couple things to keep in mind. The blades are fit to the pivot pin, so the original pin needs to stay with the same blade. Also, the Ti frames use smaller bearings along with steel washers. So the specific bearings need to stay with their respective handle material.

@@demkoknives1988 10-4, thanks for the heads up! I got the 3V full Ti from DLT trading and I have been wanting to disassemble, and coat the entire blade in EDCi. Now I feel more comfortable doing it seeing it disassembled once. Didn't want to take it apart and watch a spring fly out lol. 👊🇺🇲

There will definitely be some carbon fiber and new blade shapes in the near future.

Same thing, just watch for steel washers between the bearings and Ti.
