I love the idea of using TN covers for archiving. I might try it. Thanks for the idea and for sharing your insert contents.
October is my favorite color, as well 🥰
I can't paint or draw. But I still like being creative and "artsy." I put all sorts of things in mine: bits of nature, magazine and book clippings, collages, and ephemera from everyday life. And, of course, my fountain pen inks match my moods. A lot of times, when I have a smidgen of ink left, I add a little water and do water washes on blank pages. It makes my paper so crinkly and crunchy. I love flipping through the pages and hearing the sounds of the used and "painted" on pages.
My magpie heart loves a good "junk journal." I wonder, based on this video, have you ever seen or made one? I get the feeling you might enjoy it.
Thanks so much for sharing!
I’m more into minimal spreads, but I have a whole folder on IG of junk journal and collage ideas if I ever decide to try one!
new subscriber here. Thanks for sharing this. Going to look up wanderings next. :)
I have the Wanderings inserts and I like them but not as much as I like the MD paper. The Wanderings inserts are much more absorbent but they don't seem to feather too bad and they have a nice dry time, but I just love MD paper so much. I have also used Nokingo inserts for weekly/monthly calendar and I really like the paper they use actually, they are surprisingly fountain pen friendly and I like that the insert combines a Month and Week into one insert unlike the Midori inserts.
