Mango Mele is yearly fest organised by Vasavi Condiments from last 2 years. Mango is sourced directly from Farmers and is used in preparation of various dishes during the month of April every year.
We present you the 2nd year Mango Mela which is happening at National College grounds Basavanagudi from 18th April - 22nd April 2024.
Everything is priced between 30-80 which definitely can be called pocket friendly.
We tried Mango Bajji , Nachos with Mango salsa , Dose with Mango Saagu , Avakai Biryani , Mango Holige , Alphonso Mango Softy , Mango Jalebi.
How to reach?
Near by Metro - National college Metro ( Around 5mins walk from here )

Request everyone NOT TO GO... You will be made to wait for 1 hour 30 mins.. and they will serve under cooked food.. Hype and rush are high.. Rate is very high.. Dosa was not fully cooked.. Obbattu had lot of hittu... Other items are not even worth mentioning.. Go to vidyarthi bhavan nearby .. The mela is not worth your and your family time and mental agony

Ur right. These food vlogging idiots to promote these for free food they will hype and put such videos. Same thing happened for averebele mela. Pls don't go and get disappointed guys
Giving publicity is good, but hyping each and every event in Bangalore by the so called food vloggers is on a ridiculously high level. Even though the food offered are not so tasty or flavourful and undercooked, they pull huge crowds who are not aware of this due to fake advertising

Cleanliess not there. People will make it dirty after eating food by throwing plates, glasses etc everywhere
Recently we saw an inauguration of a big restaurant. On the side they had kept big gift hampers to these TH-cam bloggers.

This video was rushed as many pointed out. Been a long time subscriber from US but it's about time Monk starts catering to people who want detailed reviews and not just quickies. You can always cut short such videos and post them as shorts incase you wish to cater to people who just want quick reviews.

No It wasn’t uncooked, only the mango hoorna was not spread across properly. So the taste was uneven .
Yes you can see in the video, they are not cooking properly. They r rushing and trying to make money fast. This is what happens in mela s , no quality only quantity.

In this event, the management was absolutely shambolic, in some areas where the lines were long, there was no proper shelter, the que's were literally hours long and there was only one counter in most of the stalls. When the name of the mela connotes food, the demand for the food would be higher but here, the food stalls are meagre and other unrelated stalls are very high. PLEASE AVOID GOING HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE MENTAL PAIN

No it's hard to find car parking plus the food is overrated because it's just normal food with tiny bits of gratec raw mango slighty sprinkled on top. Don't trust these vloggers. I myself went there today and omg the queue for each item. You have to stand minimum 3 hours in line if your a introvert and cannot sneak into lines. So go there on your own risk

For ever counter and for each food, people should stand in queue more than one 2 hrs.
For all food, there should have been one place counter, it would have save so much time.

"Will never go to such places again"-There was no network in the ground I had cash and a person in front of me was unable to do Phone pe I paid for her she took my number didn't pay me back giving the reason that there was no network and by the time I asked her, her phone number she took her plates and vanished into the crowd this makes me feel guilty to be a good person in this bad world we are never valued we should never help others all we get at the end is disappointment

Worst management.. I dont know how only reviewers get the chance to taste all the items... We ppl have to stand almost half a day to get one single dish. Please avoid going to mango mela...Mango are cheaper but quality is worst... avoid taking mango from vendor who give in white box (label Devgad Hafus)
Waste of time. Mangoes are highly priced than outside and no hint of little smell of Mango in entire sooo called mango mela
