    Why did you edit the third one, I finally figured out that you switched what pole your hand is on, thanks a lot

      Oh yeah sorry about that - someone walked in front of the video and I thought it was less distracting to edit them out. But I don't switch my hands or switch poles in this belay, at least not at that part of the belay. The fabric that goes over my waist is the same one I regrab once it goes around. Does that make sense?

    Which one looses the least amount of height?

      Hard to say: nearly all of them are adjustable since once you create the belay loop, you get to control how far down into the loop you sink. But the first and the last are pretty no-nonsense, and for that reason, there's not much change in height.
