質問の「What did you do on the weekend?」は過去について尋ねているので、現在形のI also study English in my spare time.（時間がある時はいつも英語を勉強しています）は少し不自然に感じますね。過去形にすれば大丈夫ですけどね☺️→ I also studied English in my spare time.

That's a fascinating idea! I've also never heard of someone growing peanuts! Are they hard to grow? I understand how you feel about farming, because I also really want to have a garden! I'm living in an apartment now, and someday I plan to move back to Tokyo, so I keep thinking "What should I do?" 小さなことですが、気になります。 またstayed in home.も気になります。会話ではあまり気にしなくてもいいのかもしれませんが。
I stayed home.、I stayed at home. どちらでも大丈夫です。Homeはとても特別な言葉で、「名詞」にも「副詞」にもなれ、I stayed at home の場合は名詞、I stayed homeの場合は副詞です。
I stayed in home. という言い方はしません☺️

( Holidayは「ー日」であっても、なぜかもうちょっと長いイメージがあり、onと一緒に使うことはあまり聞きません。一日だけでしたら、大体「Where did you go on ＋ 特定の祝日の名前（New Years Eve, Earth Dayなど）」という形を使います。
