Why do I feel like this live version is sadder than the original? It's true that when the music is gentle, we can clearly feel the emotions in each verse. Nobuo Uematsu's appearance was surprising and I really like this mix of him
Yeah she's using falsetto a lot more in the chorus rather than belting throughout. I think I sort of prefer this because there is a build up to that higher performance. And then it has a soft repose to end it.

That does translate to OTWTAS which states he was her beloved/koibito and that there were many things she wanted to tell him, but she didn’t know what to say, or how to say it.

I wanted it to exude a sweet feeling, but at the same time, evoke the complex feeling as Aerith confessed her feelings. Loren Allred: I wanted to get to know Aerith well, and I also wanted to depict her relationship with Cloud. So, for me to channel her fragile and pure personality, I needed to change certain elements of my natural vocals to match up with her character.

I have been following her works since she revealed herself as the vocal of Never Enough (the song from The Greatest Showman) in the BGT. Now she is singing as Aerith in one of the most epic VDO game really brings up the hype! What a voice! Square really picks the right singer for this.
@@nana-ir5he Well the movie was in cinema back in 2017. The song Never Enough was believed to be sung by the actress the whole time. Nobody knew Loren until last year she finally decided to come out. You should watch British Got Talent 2022 where she revealed herself as the singer of never enough.

Mr. Nobuo Uematsu-san was one of the main reasons I became a professional musician. His music has touched millions of people so deeply I can only describe it as a gift from God. This song is no exception and this performance by Loren Allred and Mr. Uematsu's band conTIKI was extremely heartfelt and pure. I am so glad to have heard this performance. Thank you.

Beautiful. Cloud and Aerith brought so much depth to the meaning of love, loss, yearning, and finding inner strength to keep fighting to so many teenagers. It also taught the kind of love to fight for for so many. Hope Cloud and Aerith can finally have a fateful happy ending together.

This is not the song Aerith sings to Cloud. At least Nojima who wrote the lyric of this song denies this in the latest talk session video. He says 'you' in this song can be anyone Aerith has met and cherishes. This is the song about Aerith's love to everyone around her.

Gosh, I don't think anyone's mad. They will meet in the Lifestream, when Cloud inevitably returns to it in the great Circle of Life. There's actually a official novella written that happens after FF7 in Aertih's perspective (and Zack's perspective I think).

One day Cloud will find Aerith again. I believe in part 3. Rebirth added so much that wasn’t in the OG alone, and I believe there will be even more in part 3! ❤ So many spin offs he’s searching for her! (World of FF, Tactics, Kingdom hearts, FF Bravus, Dissidia, Advent children) But let him find her again in part 3. Well I guess that makes sort of sense since the original has been published and made while this performance is a later iteration
She uses a whispy head voice a lot more in this version, sounding much more gentle, whereas she belts out more from the start in the game version.

初めてローレンさんがNPTKを歌ったのを聞いた際、衝撃をうけ、それ以来この歌の虜になっています。FF７リメイクから入ったのですが、どうしてエアリスがここまで人気があるのかいまいちピンときていませんでした。
しかし、この歌を聞いて、彼女の芯の強さ、逃れられない宿命を一人静かに抱いて、本当の想いを表に出せない切なさが伝わってきて今では大好きになりました
この歌はラブソングとのこと、彼女が心から願っているクラウドとの再会を祈るとともに、クラウドには今度こそ決して手を離さないでほしいです。

I have been following her works since she revealed herself as the vocal of Never Enough (the song from The Greatest Showman) in the BGT. Now she is singing as Aerith in one of the most epic VDO game really brings up the hype! What a voice! Square really picks the right singer for this.

@@nana-ir5he Well the movie was in cinema back in 2017. The song Never Enough was believed to be sung by the actress the whole time. Nobody knew Loren until last year she finally decided to come out. You should watch British Got Talent 2022 where she revealed herself as the singer of never enough.

Meanwhile we saw how Cloud and Tifa don't work at all together romantically in Advent children, showing how Tifa's feelings are all one-sided now and Cloud only cares about Aerith and reuniting with her.
After all, we seen in KH1 and Kh2 which is the canon couple. Another world where they managed to be together🌟

People need to understand. cloud hadn't zack memories he acted like zack bc what zack told him (Coma can see and hearing thing) that count as his memories. In Remake cloud can't remember aerith at church (clearly no zack memories).Jenova cells used mimic power replaced zack with cloud on cloud memories that why he acted like zack and have some point views of zack but it's his own memories. Beautiful. Cloud and Aerith brought so much depth to the meaning of love, loss, yearning, and finding inner strength to keep fighting to so many teenagers. It also taught the kind of love to fight for for so many.

It's been confirmed by the devs, specifically Nojima, who wrote the lyrics that this is not a love song and that it's for all her friends and family. Yall need to stop pushing your ship everywhere 🤣

This is not the song Aerith sings to Cloud. At least Nojima who wrote the lyric of this song denies this in the latest talk session video. He says 'you' in this song can be anyone Aerith has met and cherishes. This is the song about Aerith's love to everyone around her.
@@914ina5The compositor, the singer and Nojima agree that is also a love song tho, towards Cloud. There parts when she does mention her fate and wishes to be a normal girl with her friends, however there still a lot of verses that only refer about Cloud's and Aerith's story together.

Gosh, I don't think anyone's mad. They will meet in the Lifestream, when Cloud inevitably returns to it in the great Circle of Life. There's actually a official novella written that happens after FF7 in Aertih's perspective (and Zack's perspective I think).
Let the western fanbase mald, JP fans be chilling and enjoying the game.
@@applepie9806 That novel is not canon, but still, in that novel Cloud is with Tifa and Aerith accept it, and he never got to reunite with Aerith. It's just Aerith pinning for him, we never see them together again.
One day Cloud will find Aerith again. I believe in part 3. Rebirth added so much that wasn’t in the OG alone, and I believe there will be even more in part 3! ❤

Kingdom hearts we see in the credits they finally are together, and in KH when he said hades would help him look for someone he lost he literally say to sora “his light” bravus movie the fairy giving cloud advice is dressed as Aerith, plays aeriths theme during the scene and he explains the place he wants to go to most is the promised land.
It literally all links up to the final line of no promises to keep “still I know someday you’ll come and find me” cloud is Aerith, in everything he appears in.
