Nice, well played! Yie Ar Kung Fu 2 was one of my favorite MSX Games in my youth. Game gives extra lives at 20 K and then every 50 000 pts. But after million points there is no more, only what you have in "Rest"! Oolong tea helps of course but it was not easy to strike "tea key" while operating in low energy! I once tried to advance as long as possible and got to stage 165. There is no stage 100, it only displays as "00" and goes up one by one. There was also a way to trigger invulnerability potion in every stage like punching the wall on the left at Wen-Hu's stage or a flying kick in the middle at Yen-Pei's stage. Some of them were more difficult to find. I think Li-Jen is worst during his 9 to 5 in life bar (9 = max) as lightning came in different time. When he drops to 4, strikes land closer to each other.
there's a fighting game on the arcades(playable on mame)where he is one of the selectable fighters also, its probably a translation error, they probably meant "yang"

To use the tea that's flashing on bottom of the screen after you get 5 leaves you press SELECT on the keyboard. It refills your health :)

Had the Spectrum version. This looks and sounds way better.

What happens to Lee though? Did he die or retire? I assume this is his son replacing him because of the word "young"

I used to manage to beat the game as well but it took some practice. Especially Li-Jen is a bit unfair.
