As a employee, Can we withdraw/revoke the employment contract which is already signed with the employment start date mentioned after 3 months due to the offer with other company in Netherlands?

Thanks for your question. If the employment contract has not yet started, you can withdraw it with immediate effect. If the contract has already started, then one can withdraw during the probation period with immediate effect and giving one month notice if probation period has ended. Hope this clarfies!
