The vendor is a gas station; there are figures of amounts that $260.00 and another transaction of $16.00; there is no bill attachment; how do you categorize them since we can buy lots of things in gas stations besides GAS? How do you know these amounts represent GAS or any other things?
Ask the customer. We can’t just guess, but you can ask the customer if it is under a certain amount it could be meals, it is gas it usually is a certain amount usually around the same

Can you do this with tracking mileage?
You can record your mileage with your QuickBooks app and add to QuickBooks in a Journal entry debit mileage expense credit owned to owner
