Let me just say why I think your videos are awesome. Most people when they creating video will not go over making the common mistakes new developers do when configuring something. They simply do it one way and the right way. The way you do it, is how a person would think when he is learning. You "make" the mistakes new developers also make. *this* reinforces learning which makes it easy to remember. I will never ever forget to specify "Refresh" again :-) Keep up the good work.

The reason why I created this channel was that when I first started learning Pega, I had so many questions but failed to find resources/answers. There are Pega experts willing to help, but I felt like the gap between experts and beginners made it harder for beginners like me to grow. A lot of times I'd read their answers but still have no idea what they are talking about. That's why I decided to be the bridge to connect Pega beginners and experts. The questions you posted, made me wonder, what if we team up? Right now I'm only junior level and I feel really bad if I give my audiences false information. With your experience, you could provide me more technical support so that I won't have to worry about misleading other people. I think it will be really awesome to get feedback from you and I will make changes before I post any videos. What do you think? Much appreciated!

In data page D_ equipment [pyguid: Param. Pyguid] where the value of parameter is name but value expected should be pyguid as it searches the parameter pyguid value in list? Pls help me out in this
Great question! If you go back to 10:35, that's where I drew the connection between "Name" and "pyGUID". This is just one way to configure it. There are other possible solutions, for example, we can set "Name" as the key identifier when we construct our data table. If that's what you want to do, then you don't need to worry about the whole pyGUID thing, and your parameter will be something like this: D_Equipment [Name:Param.Name].... Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have more questions :)
Question: Towards the end, you changed the short description property on the section from Editable to Read-only. Once you added the refresh action, it should populate the short description from the database in both editable and read-only mode, right?
