it might help prevent the micro cuts if you flatten your images before cutting, or if that doesn’t fix it you can also make a teeny tiny offset in the same color as the background and flatten it to your image!

I don’t adjust anything on the printer but I do change to best resolution for matte photo paper when I go to print on my iPad in procreate! I print as PDF And I find with this printer, designing in RBG and printing on a paper size file also set to RBG works best! Hope this helps! ☺️
