- This is a quick guide on exporting, editing and importing a livery made in Photoshop or any photo editing software into Car X Drift Racing Online.
This is my first time making a proper video and wow this isn't easy lol XD

is there a way to make it actually transparent so that it can be combined with work done in game? or at least a way to change the material from basic to chrome/gloss/candy/metallic?
@ForestWizardLookingForPotion unfortunately no.. but you can just reverse the process by starting in-game first with your design then add what you want after in your photo editing software, there is a way to achieve the different effects like chrome and metallic but I'll save that for an updated tutorial in the future

Yes, you can start designing your livery in car x first and then after if you want to add extra stickers or something, then you can do so

no matter how many times i try the body texture comes out as white. whoe care white. i put the fill layer as 100 percent opacity as wella s teh main opacity to max im unsure whats wrong

so i did this but for some reason none of the colour shows up, instead its made everything that has design holo instead so my logo on the back window is very faint holo anyone know what might be causing this?
I'm surprised there's so many new issues, this one I'm not fully sure..only thing I can think is make sure you adding your stockers on the right .png Because it make cause some funky stuff

Yes, people who have Kino mod will be able to see it. I've heard that console players can see it too, but I'm not fully sure

Depends on the car..some do have odd ones so just gotta work with it unfortunately...
And how is this supposed to work? Because console players probably won't see this car the same way because probably only players using kino mod will see this car like that.
Console players can actually see it apparently.. I was surprised myself but yeah

My colors look meatllic, but I wanted a matte finish. Any suggestions?
There's techniques that can achieve different finishes, but I'm still trying to figure this out..
@@Marko.POLO. I follow the intusctions on your video on how to dump the livery, I made changes on adobe, and when i re imported back into carx drift it looked all metallic. Is that normal?
@@Marko.POLO. Figured it out, just load 1 templete on body texture on Bake template for (Car name) no need to do it on optional.
Can you help me? I put a sticker on the rear or side windows but it only appears on the windshield, how can I solve this?
Hey man , make sure when exporting it's the right way bc sometimes editing an
Image it gets rotated and save facing the wrong way, if that doesn't solve it ,then idk, that is an interesting problem.

i am having an issue where i basically followed the entire tutorial fully and when loading the template after baking the car turns white and red (not the actual livery)
I'm haven't come across this problem before, interesting...try re-baking the design. The PNG must be transparent on the parts that are not part of the body. Make sure each PNG is loaded to the right one in the template constructor. Besides that, I'm not. Fully sure man.
Yea sadly i have been asking around for the last couple of days trying to figure out a reason, and even recorded myself doing it to show ppl that it is the way it should but it aint working, i am positive it must be a bug or some other issue sadly.@@Marko.POLO.
