Good day peeps! I wanted to share this transition with you all, hope you like it! :D ALSO!!! You can make this masking effect in the same way with a simple drawing app, instead of masking around the objects and subjects, you can draw on the part you want to remove with i.eg GREEN for then to export it as a png file. For the best and smoothest workflow, i would recommend Affinity Photo or something similar(not sponsored)
I hope they could make the masking feature when you can put points and close it as you want and add light to explosion videos, gun fire videos, etc. EDIT: But, I’m like talking about effects, not the basic edition way of making those stuff. LumaFusion is a professional video editing app, not a professional FX video maker. What I’m trying to say is that even that LumaFusion is to make videos cool well, there would be a way to do even surprising stuff that After Effects can do.
Ipad is cheaper, but I think it's better to save some money and go for a Macbook Air or Pro (base models are enough) both of them are powerhouses and can easily edit 4k in Davinci resolve, Final cut pro, or Adobe premiere pro. Lumafusion has limited functionality, it's just a mobile app, if you have an iPhone then you can do some quick edits that's all, anything more than that is very painful and time-consuming. This video itself is 20mins long and he had cut and sped up everything to make this short, but this is just a 5 mins process in a professional editing software having masking functionality.
Which way is easier to mask? Using shapes IN lumafusion? Or using affinity photo AND lumafusion? Also is there a reason I would pick one over the other. Your input would be much appreciated😊

What font are you using for your thumbnail?
What could I use instead of affinity photo?
Use Adobe Fresco for IOS and Android available.
