My first reaction was "Which American can call his home a land of ice and fire ? Of course there's a Ben & Jerry's in Hawaii, but reading the story of Axel O, it makes sense! Great song. He has spent his time in the US well.
I am not an Icelander, but I truly love Iceland. It is a uniquely beautiful and spectacular country with amazing people. But to be honest, I'd prefer music that is more evocative of Iceland than America.
