After about 5 years, I had to replace the earpads on my ATH M20X. They were dried out and cracked. I bought the cheapest ones I could find ($4.00). Huge improvement in comfort.
Hello. Just ordered M20xBT in White. With Bluetooth . The M50X only for White version charged $30 more than in Black. P.S. Also even its a Japanese technology but where they made it ?
So for someone with a BUDGET who can't really pull for the 150 ones (As i'm in NZ) - i do still amateur producing for music, and my logitech gamer headset isn't TERRIBLE For producing but it struggles on multi layers. I wouldn't give up my logitech headset because i love that i can roll around and even go to the bathroom with them XD - but i'm NOT in the same budget section i was when i was doing my christmas shopping -- I'm trying to peek around the under 100 NZD mark, and most places piece this at about 80 ish NZD (about 10 more than CAD - maybe a little more) -- I'll keep shopping around :3 but this is a good solid review from someone who does producing :)
Sometimes ease of use and comfortability matter more than sound quality (as long as they aren't absolutely terrible). One thing that I did when I used lower quality headphones...if you can, listen to your music on different speakers/devices. Laptop, phone, car, etc. See if there are any common issues and adjust from there. Thanks for watching!

Ahem 4:32...mdr7506 are the "most popular in the world" 😂 Audio Technica can't even touch Sony's MDR7506, used for professional use. tracking, editing , Foley, on location sound, sooo many places I've only seen the MDR7506.

Not entirely sure but I believe the M20x are made in China
@@chris_tarroza Received. Made in Vietnam. Love it for using with piano keyboard.
Ended up with M50X in White. Using it about two month with my Piano in Daily Basis. Love it...MUCH better sound quality compared with M20xBT...
Nice review, thank you!
