This is a great video that explains better than most.. but if I could just add one point to drive that message of power kicking across Your planting/standing/balancing leg is an anchor point but it doesn't always need to be a stopping point. Weight + Speed = POWER Using your opposite leg to pull yourself forward instead of stopping adds weight to your movement and total energy buildup when "striking through the ball" Joner gets his extra distance hitting the ball behind him.. It's same in principle (extra weight before striking) and equal as opposite driving motion with the ball in front.

Also great pointing out it is all about timing and muscle memory how to attack through the ball. This will be a great teaching tool for me and look forward to more videos.

Could this technique be used for a goalkicks.and y when as soon as my foot touches the ball in a ping or goalkicks it feels like my foot is floppy and week ,pls help
Yes it can, you should aim to hit it slightly lower if you're going for a longer distance. As for why your ankle feels floppy, I think you're forgetting to lock your ankle and point it to the right. You have to get used to this movement so I would first practice without a ball to get used to keeping that ankle in the right position. Rewind this video time and time again so you can memorise the exact way Joner hits it, you'll only get better with practice.

Every time I try to take a backspin long pass it ends up as a power shot, I figured I cannot low down my body and cannot chop the ball up high or my standing leg is not strong enough to support my body lowing down
