Use a Stanley knife to cut the tongue off one side of the cladding panels, then glue the bit into the groove on the other side.

Mel, have you seen those springs they use to keep the cupboard doors open? They're just about 6 - 7 inches long, screw at each end and just bend to close and keep the doors closed shut. Simples! 👍

Im going to need the look lol.... it was an ambulance for dead or dieing people.... its a nice van but I've gotta get my head around an acetech added computer and the back is insulated, fibre glassed with grp... , im wanting to build on whats already in place but can't scale anything for fixings as all the ribs are completely covered in grp ect

T18 x W70 x L2400mm I used this size though out my van cupboard frames bed slats extra hope this helps

Just a matter of taste, mine would be shiny as hell with 7 layers of clear coat over a layer of 5 metalic grass green goldflakes filled sugar paint in two tone.
