I think it was the 2022 2LT EV that was the first year that adaptive cruise control was offered and I have it on my 2022 2LT. I’ve never used Kane assist but today I installed a Comma 3X so I’ll use that I’m sure and I think it’s better than Super Cruise that was only available on the 2022 and 2023 EUV, which only works on approved or mapped roads and eventually requires a subscription.
Thaks for the video. I don't seem to get any help from the lane keep assist in my 2023 euv. Is there anything other than the Lake Keep Assist on/off button, down by the transmission buttons on the passenger side, that I have to select for this to work? I am trying to decide whether or not to take it in for service.
I want to know what happens when adaptive cruise comes to traffic? does it stay active and moves you along slow then when traffic goes away it speeds up again? I have seen this in some rental cars but my wifes subaru turns off below 40km/h
This works from 0 to I believe 80. So in traffic it will even stop and if stop is more than 3 seconds you need to hit gas pedal slightly to move again. No need to reset or anything and all this happening with lane keep assist. Hope it helps
If you are in stop and go, traffic, and your vehicle comes to a stop, do you have to intercede to get it going again or will the car do that by itself?
@@frbe0101 Correct, you have to choose the 2LT and then it forces you to select the upgraded infotainment system with Bose to add the adaptive cruise. Just a goofy bunch of "options" that must be selected together just to get the adaptive cruise.
Good to know my lane keep isn't broken, it's like a drunk driver emulator

How do you turn on adaptive cruise control? Can only figure out how to turn regular cruise control on and off
That’s why I’m here- I somehow turned it on and I hate it
How did you turn on Lane Keeping Assist?
on steering wheel there are buttons on left hand side. if it is LT1
What’s the difference between this and super cruise? Other than the ability to be completely hands free? Have you considered the comma ai?
Well this is free but for supercruise you need subscription also that is more refined this is very basic and little ping pong sort of hope it helps
I have a Comma 3X in my 2022 2LT EV and it works good.

Car will do itself if stop is less then 3 seconds. If more then just hit gas pedel or press res on cruise it will continue everything after as before
Do you have the LT1 or LT2? Do you have to pay 2K to activate it? Is the hardware on the car already?
Does the 2023 Bolt EV 2LT have the rear view camera on the mirror, or is just on the center display???
Thanks for your video review. take care.
Only EUV has display mirror. Not EV 2lt. . Hope it helps. Thank you
Is the adaptive cruise in the convenience package?
This is in 2LT package thank you
@@rajat5454 Adaptive Cruise Control is NOT a part of 2LT package. It is an option that you can pay to have on a 2LT.
@@TheGeekNextDoor But not a option available for the 1LT package?
