Could you please make a video about eligibility. Because I remember when I received an email from IRCC I went to my portal I realised that background check was completed, eligibility it says I did not meet up something like that.

The first time they denied me visa , when i opened my portal it says background check completed that was when i wanted to go study. Now i apply for a conferences. I did mentioned that i was denied visa and gave reasons.
My question is in this case will my background check be verified ?

They will only confirm if what you have said is true ,as for you getting conference v1 visa, ,its upto your qualifications based on the information you presented
