That last week thing got me. A week later and they were this intensely angry? I think they got drunk and then worked themselves up into a rage. She was slurring her words in the video. Dang Natalie, your plastic surgeon hates you more than the viewing public and those kids.

i’m so glad the kids mom decided to press charges that’s so insane and DANGEROUS for a psycho revenge seeking nutcase to break in to their garage (+ literally follow him back into the house) and start going off on them asking where their parents are bc they’re not even home like that’s so ridiculous. i feel bad for the poor family having to deal with such a horrible excuse for a human as a neighbor.

A crazy homeless person broke into my dad and stepmoms house. Dad wasn’t home. My half siblings hid in the closet. The homeless man walked into my stepmoms room while she lounging in her bed. He started pleasuring himself, then just left after he was finished. Well I believe my stepmom is still traumatized. If the kids make an odd loud noise, they will get in trouble because she thinks someone’s broke in. Sounds like ptsd to me but I haven’t said anything because nobody talks about it.

Takes a lot of nerve for someone to enter a home without permission, and to confront two kids and scare them is unforgivable. If they were actually mature adults they would have waited and confronted the parents. Breaking into the garage was bad enough, but entering the inside of the home is trespassing, for sure. I'm glad they decided to press charges.

At age twelve my son had access to all the guns in my house, and had been conditioned to lock the garage door leading to the house and call the cops. Anyone coming through the door would have been warned once (if possible) and then shot had the invader didn't retreat.

This guy’s defense is total BS. They had NO right to enter the garage and she had no right to enter the home and put her hands on the kid. They were 100% in the wrong and I’m glad the victims are pressing charges.

I'm shocked at how young these kids are and for the grace they showed to an out of control adult. Mr. Hammett said he wanted to teach them a lesson because it's a crazy world. I think they taught him that insanely yelling at children can cost a person a lot of business. It's a crazy world! And to their mom, you did the single most important thing a parent can do; you supported your children in a very tangible way. Great job!

Yup, The only one that's iffy is break and enter as the garage door was still open but on the way down when Mighty Minnie hauled it back up. Also, the garage door into the house was open. She was chasing a child. I don't know how a judge will view that. Child abuse (grabbing phone boy in anger), harassment, trespassing and vandalism are solid.

Child endangerment, criminal trespass, assault on a minor, intimidation, vandalism - The husband, with his posting of just wanting to teach the boy about how his actions could lead to dangerous situations, has just provided the evidence of his dangerous intentions. Him and his wife are exactly what the teenager needs protection from.
