Just curious, (because I never looked at the type of metal my knives are made out of😅) why do you say stainless steel isn't the best metal for your knives? Love all the wooden utensils especially the bowls😍

Most of my knives are carbon steel, which is harder than stainless steel. However carbon steel requires more care so they dont rust and whatnot. But the good thing about stainless is that they are much easier to take care of, but might require sharpening more often to stay sharp
