I used to live in Oakridge, up from Eugene. I love Oregon, some of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is sad to hear the news. The fires are so bad this year. And I can't even imagine the smoke. I live in NM, and we are getting smoke from the western fires, and it is nothing compared to what you folks are dealing with. And too, my thoughts always go out to all of the life in the forests, the animals, trees and plants, very sorry for them. Stay well all of you, my friends enduring that right now. So much loss, so sad.
This is so wonderful and beautiful. Even though I live surrounded by forest and go on hikes on the local trails, it’s hard to get away from the traffic noise. My knees just won’t take me out there far enough in the high country to do that. And this beautiful piece of yours, my friend, takes me way out there where there is nothing but the pure sounds of the forest. I miss how far back in I could go on my horse years ago where there was no one and nothing around but the spirits of the forest. There is one area that was/is filled with so much magic that I felt someone touch the back of my head and neck just to tell me that they were indeed there. Beautiful nature and relaxing birdsong. Every year I do a Spiritual Retreat in full Nature and practical Meditation and practice Tibetan Yoga and other Yoga techniques and I hug the trees and renew my energy. Much peace and love to you Namasté 💚🙏💙🙏☸️
