    Do you think that the first week of March would be a good time to visit? We're planning on the first Saturday next March.

    I was so surprised that fun land urban kitchen didn’t have a vegetarian food option for kids. The urban kitchen had hot dog or tenders kids kits, and there was a cheesesteak sandwich or curries for adults. It’s hard to find a grilled cheese, quesadilla or other non meat option for kids in the park. I would have taken a pb&j

    I have so many questions. I will be going in November on a Saturday. Do I need to buy things separately? Like different parks etc?

    Solid video and advice on all tips! We don't stay at the LLH often, but we do when we see a 50% off discount - the early admission and the breakfast both make the LLH a good option when visiting LL. 11:15 - We like the pizza place too - good discount when you have season passes.

      We had a great time when we stayed there. Granted, our visit was free because we won the Brick or Treat contest the previous year and that was our prize. I doubt we would have stayed otherwise because we're local and don't need a hotel. But it's definitely worth it for visitors. I think LEGOLAND's hotels are better than the Disney hotels I've stayed in.

    W/ tickets.. would it be worth it to but RESERVE &RIDE ?

      I would wait and see how busy it is before making that decision. I’ve never purchased it. But we’ve gone on some really crowded days where it would have been handy. Just depends on what the crowds are like.

    Great video as always! Maybe I’m missing it but, have you posted a 2024 food guide yet? I would love to see that if it was in the works haha :D

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have not. Last year's video was done in the Summer, so it was (is?) still mostly relevant at the beginning of the year.
      I might not do one this year, and will instead do a 2025 one in January, just to get all the Guides to the beginning of the year.
      But if you check out last year's, the food should all be the same, the prices just might be different.

    Seaword do we have to buy ahead with our theme park tickets or can we purchase while in the park for $10?

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So the Sea Life aquarium is $25 without the ticket add-on. Or $10 as an add-on to your ticket.
      I would imagine guest services could help you upgrade your ticket. Or you could call them before you arrive and see if they can help with that over the phone.
      But worst case, it’s not terribly expensive even if you paid for it up front. Of course, if you can get a discount then a discount is always nice.

    Trying to find something to do with my 8 and 9 year old daughters for Spring Break. We did SeaWorld for Fall Break, but to be honest, LegoLand looks .... Awful isn't the right word, but, doesn't look like it would have any entertainment for adults. SeaWorld is fun for all ages. :o

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      LEGOLAND is superior to SeaWorld in just about every way except thrills.
      They have more to do, their food is significantly better, their customer service is top notch, their employees are awesome, there’s a water park, and an aquarium. And the aquarium is better than any of the aquariums at SeaWorld.
      About the only thing SeaWorld has going for it is roller coasters.
      We’ve dropped our SeaWorld passes this year because of how bad it’s gotten. But we love going to LEGOLAND.

      @@SoCalDisneyDad Oh really? That's good to know. I was debating going but decided to pass, but now you may have changed my mind. :)
      I'm guessing spring break, the next two weeks, would be a overly crowded time to go? We get lucky in October cause the kids are out for a week where most schools are still in.

    Do u know about the souvenir cups? Is it worth it?

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends on how much you use it. Personally, we don’t drink a ton of soda/sugary drinks, so it isn’t that great for us.
      They used to have a 365 day cup that was great for us.
      But I think the one-day cost is like $22 and the 2-day is $30.
      For us, the daily reactivation fee is $9, and even then we can’t justify it half the time.
      They do have sugar free drinks too. But like I said it just depends on how much you’d refill it.
      For us, we just use the machines for water refills and that’s all good for us.

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don’t really know anything about how it works, unfortunately. I’ve never needed it, but there have been days (only the busiest, usually holidays like Fourth of July) where I can see it would have been helpful. But most of the time it’s not necessary at all.

      my sister gets it free with diabetes so basically your first ride you go into the exit, give them your pass, they wright down the time the line would take, and that’s the next time you use the pass, cycle repeats
