It has to be used for a specific purpose. My cause is catered for a specific situation, my weakness tends to be that after i rush a team, and when it is time for me to retreat and recover there is a chance that a monk or dh will try to hunt me down as Im running back looking for a safe spot. This adds a layer of survivability in my "retreat" phase.

Am f2p, i using 6 LC when mirror jewel event on rift... After finish the boss, there 4 white light from chest.. am soooo happy.. but when i pick,, its all spiteful gems 😅😅😅
😸😼 It's somehow a good gem for PVP. One who's F2P probably use them since four copies of Spiteful is rank 4 ready as long one has the gem power fragments (which should be easy to obtain through rare crests).
I suggest you go for Frozen Heart that has a Higher Chance of saving you in pvp that Spiteful Blood and it also has a Chill effect oh hell even Phoenix Ashes has a Higher percentage of saving you in pvp even tho it only proc’s every 180 seconds 😂😂😂
One of the most useless if not the most useless 5* gem. People don't solely use primary attacks, even Demon Hunters. I saw an 8k whale tested it and the gem is basically nonexistent. F2P and P2W, stay away from this gem, it's not even decent - not worth your gem power.

Yes, that's one great use case for this gem, a retreat case, in which it might perform better than PA.

I agree. FH and (maybe, with a lot of doubt) PA can save me better. What Spiteful Blood does is to add damage when one's dying. :D
